Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, and vegetable oil. Stir gently and fold in maple syrup. Let batter rest.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter into a ring mold and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
