  • 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese Freshly shredded is best

  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers Can swap with jalapeños for extra kick

Step-by-Step Instructions for High Protein BBQ Chicken Flatbread
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a pizza stone in to heat if available.
  2. Prepare baking sheets by dusting with cornmeal and arrange flatbread crusts on them.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese over the BBQ sauce, covering it well.
  5. Distribute chicken evenly on top of the cheese, followed by scattering chopped bell peppers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let the flatbreads rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing and garnish with green onions.
