Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each hot dog with two slices of bacon, securing if necessary.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Toss pineapple chunks with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
  5. Place bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Grill the pineapple chunks for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  7. Brush hot dog buns with olive oil and toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Assemble the hot dogs in buns, topping with pineapple, honey-lime mayo, and garnishes.
