- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). If baking, set your oven to the same temperature.
- Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and thread them onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers, leaving small gaps between each piece.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, simmer until thickened.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Brush with honey garlic sauce in the final moments.
- Let the skewers rest for a minute before serving with extra honey garlic sauce on the side.
