- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Grease your hands with olive oil and roll the mixture into small balls of approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber, wring out moisture, then mix it with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once meatballs are cooked, serve immediately with tzatziki sauce on the side.
