Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add orzo and cook according to package instructions.
Once the orzo is cooked, drain any excess liquid and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil.
Serve the meatballs over the lemon orzo and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
