  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts for added texture and flavor.
  4. Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
