  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce Feel free to choose a favorite brand or make your own.
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes Fresh tomatoes can be substituted.
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth, low sodium Replace with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning A blend of dried herbs like basil, oregano, and thyme works well.
  • 0.25 tsp Sea Salt Adjust to taste based on your preference.
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Optional to increase for additional spice.
  • 0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional, adjust based on your spice tolerance.
For the Finish
  • 2 cups Spinach Feel free to use kale or any greens you prefer.
  • 10 oz Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles Broken up into pieces.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, stirring frequently for about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the ground beef and ground Italian pork, cooking for approximately 5–7 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the broken gluten-free lasagna noodles and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the fresh spinach five minutes before serving.
  7. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve with optional toppings.

Notes
