Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Thinly slice your yellow onions to about ⅙ inch thick and place them in a single layer atop the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Generously brush the onion slices with avocado oil, making sure each ring is well coated.
  5. Sprinkle your seasoning blend evenly over the onion slices.
  6. Place the baking pan in the oven, and let the chips bake for 25-30 minutes.
