Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic oil mixture.
  4. Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
  7. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
