Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on the sheet, spaced apart and patted dry.
  4. Press the garlic-parmesan mixture onto the top of each halibut fillet, forming a thick layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky with a fork.
  6. Let it rest for a minute before serving, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
