- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down for 6-8 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mince garlic.
