Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
