Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the skewers by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Parmesan cheese, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken pieces thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 12 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers leaving space between pieces.
  6. Grill kebabs, covered, for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
