- In a bowl, whisk together Parmesan cheese, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate chicken pieces thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 12 hours.
