For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onions can replace for richness.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Fresh herbs can be a great alternative.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh is preferred for flavor.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce Homemade sauce can be used.
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded melts better.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop the Yukon Gold or red potatoes into even cubes, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and spread them in the slow cooker.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, then lay them on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  5. In the final 15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Serve hot directly from the slow cooker.
