Preparation Steps
- Wash and chop the Yukon Gold or red potatoes into even cubes, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and spread them in the slow cooker.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, then lay them on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- In the final 15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Serve hot directly from the slow cooker.
