In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley.
In another bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Dip each chicken breast into the olive oil mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. An internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) should be reached.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
