Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook till al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter, stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine with garlic butter. Gradually add Parmesan while stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in cooked pasta and steak bites until everything is well-coated with the sauce.
  6. Plate the dish, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
