Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails about 5-6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
