Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and brown for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Lower the heat and add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together for about 2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix in 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  5. Lay flour tortillas flat and spread the beef mixture across each, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Tightly roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
