- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and brown for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Lower the heat and add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together for about 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix in 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- Lay flour tortillas flat and spread the beef mixture across each, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Tightly roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the assembled rollups with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice into pinwheels if desired, and garnish with sliced pickles before serving warm.
