Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or almond
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup granola for added crunch

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir in the granola gently to add texture.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the pops out.
