Ingredients

For the Yogurt Mixture
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt This creamy base provides richness; opt for 2-5% fat for the best texture.
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries These juicy morsels deliver natural sweetness; ensure they are thoroughly dry before use.
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Add some crunch and healthy fats; finely chop for easier bites.
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate for a rich coating; dark chocolate increases health benefits.
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil This helps create a smooth, glossy chocolate finish; vegetable oil can be used as a substitute.
For the Topping
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt A sprinkle adds a touch of gourmet flair and enhances the flavor; it's an optional yet delightful addition.

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • microwave-safe bowl

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture and gently form clusters.
  4. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer and let the clusters freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours.
