- Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together your Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture and gently form clusters.
- Pop the baking sheet into the freezer and let the clusters freeze for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- About 10 minutes before the clusters are fully frozen, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate using two forks.
- If desired, sprinkle a touch of flaky sea salt over the chocolate-coated clusters.
