In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Take a Dorito and use a small spoon to scoop out a little bit of the center, creating space for the cheese mixture.
Fill each Dorito with about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture. Be careful not to overfill, as it may ooze out during frying.
Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, beat the eggs in another dish, and place the breadcrumbs in a third dish.
Dip each stuffed Dorito first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Make sure each piece is well coated.
Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
Carefully add a few stuffed Doritos to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried Doritos and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as salsa or ranch dressing.
