Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Evenly sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  4. Place sliced pepperoni in a single layer over the mozzarella cheese, slightly overlapping the slices.
  5. Sprinkle dried Italian herbs evenly over the pepperoni.
