- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 12 inches long and 8 inches wide.
- Evenly sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
- Place sliced pepperoni in a single layer over the mozzarella cheese, slightly overlapping the slices.
- Sprinkle dried Italian herbs evenly over the pepperoni.
- Carefully roll the pastry from one long edge into a log shape and slice it into 1-inch thick pieces.
