Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a jellyroll pan with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a clean tea towel and set aside.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 2 minutes. Fold in pumpkin puree and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, folding gently.
  6. Spread batter in the prepared pan and bake for 14-15 minutes.
  7. Turn the cake onto the powdered sugar towel and roll it up. Cool completely.
  8. Beat butter and cream cheese together, then mix in vanilla and powdered sugar until fluffy.
