Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 package 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well mixed.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
