  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese Garlic & herb variety preferred; cream cheese or goat cheese can be used as substitutes.
For the Crust
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs A mix of panko and regular breadcrumbs.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For achieving a crispy topping.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Thyme) Dried herbs can be used if fresh isn’t available.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the skinless salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down, and season each with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine panko and regular breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil, add chopped parsley and thyme, and mix until even.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving warm with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
