  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled (about 8 slices)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad mixture.
  3. Toss the salad gently until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

  5. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
