- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix to form soft dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place in muffin tin.
- Bake for about 14 minutes or until puffy. Create indent in centers of warm cookies.
- Melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream in microwave intervals until smooth.
- Fill cooled cookie cups with ganache and decorate with M&Ms to resemble bunnies.
- Allow ganache to set for 1-2 hours and store in an airtight container.
