Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix to form soft dough.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place in muffin tin.
  4. Bake for about 14 minutes or until puffy. Create indent in centers of warm cookies.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream in microwave intervals until smooth.
  6. Fill cooled cookie cups with ganache and decorate with M&Ms to resemble bunnies.
  7. Allow ganache to set for 1-2 hours and store in an airtight container.
