  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
For Garnish
  • 1 cup Cucumbers sliced

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large casserole dish, evenly spread a layer of rice or orzo along the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, dried oregano, and fresh lemon juice, then pour over the rice.
  4. Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice layer in a single layer.
  5. Generously spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
  6. Cover the casserole dish tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle a little olive oil on top before serving.
