Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.

- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
Cool and Chill
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
