  • 1 cup club soda

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Toss to coat and let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and vanilla extract until slightly thickened but still pourable.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and spoon the macerated strawberries over the ice.
  4. Pour the club soda over the strawberries, filling the glass to the top.
  5. Gently drizzle the vanilla cream over the soda and strawberries.
  6. Stir lightly to combine before enjoying. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
