- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold whole milk. Blend for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Microwave white chocolate melting wafers in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in orange food coloring for vibrant color.
- Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, placing them stem side up on parchment paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Spoon a generous layer of chocolate pudding into each dessert cup, filling about three-quarters full.
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and sprinkle over the pudding in each cup to create a dirt-like topping.
- Place one or two chocolate-covered strawberries on top of each cup to resemble carrots.
