  • 10 cookies Oreos Can substitute with gluten-free cookies for dietary needs.
  • 6 pieces fresh strawberries Choose ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness.
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers Regular white chocolate can substitute.
  • 1 drop orange food coloring Optional if using naturally orange tinted strawberries.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold whole milk. Blend for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Microwave white chocolate melting wafers in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in orange food coloring for vibrant color.
  3. Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, placing them stem side up on parchment paper. Allow to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of chocolate pudding into each dessert cup, filling about three-quarters full.
  5. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and sprinkle over the pudding in each cup to create a dirt-like topping.
  6. Place one or two chocolate-covered strawberries on top of each cup to resemble carrots.
