Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend Greek yogurt and almond milk until smooth; stir in half the shredded cheeses.
  5. Fold the macaroni into the chicken mixture until all noodles are coated.
  6. Mix the cheese sauce with the macaroni and chicken until evenly coated.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
