  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves Arugula can also be swapped in for a peppery kick.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and position an oven rack in the middle.
  2. Roll out or stretch your pre-made pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush the surface of the dough generously with olive oil, then sprinkle dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the surface.
  4. Evenly layer the thinly sliced fresh figs over the seasoned dough.
  5. Scatter the crumbled goat cheese evenly across the figs, followed by the thinly sliced prosciutto.
  6. Carefully slide your pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, watching for a golden brown crust.
  7. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve immediately.
