Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add the egg white.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the whole egg and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and sour cream to the creamed butter, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese filling, and top with raspberries.
  7. Combine streusel ingredients to form coarse crumbs and sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 15 minutes.
  9. Run a knife around the edges, remove the sides of the springform pan and dust with powdered sugar.
