- Fold in 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella, 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan, most of the turkey pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Arrange remaining turkey pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
