Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour and mix; add milk as needed.
  4. Prepare the piping bag with the cookie dough.
  5. Pipe onto a parchment-lined tray, then chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake cookies for 15-16 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before assembling with buttercream icing.
  8. Dip in melted chocolate and allow to set.
