Method
 

Prepare the Fresh Ingredients
  1. Begin by cutting 2 cups of fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces, then slice 1 medium cucumber thinly. Next, finely slice 1 small red onion. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced pineapple, cucumber slices, and red onion.
Whisk the Zesty Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, take 1 teaspoon of chili powder and add the juice of 1 fresh lime, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined.
Dress the Salad
