- In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent and the peppers are softened.

- Add Cajun seasoning, uncooked penne pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
