Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Wraps
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat, around 375°F (190°C), for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of chicken breasts, then season with garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Thinly slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice red onion while chicken rests.
  6. Warm tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 20 seconds.
  7. Spread hummus over each warmed tortilla, and layer on mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and feta cheese.
  8. Slice the chicken into strips and place it on top of the veggies; drizzle with lemon juice.
  9. Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut in half to serve.
