Preparation Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if too thick.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing well to coat. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  5. Sprinkle additional Parmesan and red pepper flakes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or a side salad.
