- In a medium bowl, combine honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, and optional sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until bright green. Add water, cover, and steam for 2 minutes.
- Shift broccoli aside, add shrimp to the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until opaque. Remove from heat.
- Return sausage to the skillet, pour honey-garlic sauce over, and toss to coat. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve immediately, optionally over rice or noodles.
