Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine quick oats, nut butter, honey, and protein powder using a spatula or wooden spoon. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the texture is slightly sticky, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. If desired, fold in 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips or dried fruits to the mixture for added sweetness and flavor.
  3. Using your hands, scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Once all the energy balls are rolled, refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer your chilled energy balls into an airtight container for storage. They can last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
