Ingredients
  

For the Pudding
  • 1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix Can be swapped for chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups Cold Milk Any non-dairy milk works as alternatives
  • 1 container Cool Whip (thawed) Can substitute with homemade whipped cream
For the Crunchy Layer
  • 15 cookies Oreo Cookies (finely crushed) Can use chocolate sandwich cookies as an alternative
For the Color
  • 1 bottle Food Coloring Optional but enhances presentation
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Consider coloring it for extra fun
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Candy Eggs and Peeps Can substitute with any small candies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk for about two minutes until smooth and well combined. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the thickened pudding mixture into two separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into each bowl of colored pudding.
  4. Select your favorite mason jars or serving cups. Start with a tablespoon of finely crushed Oreos in the bottom.
  5. Layer one colored pudding mixture on top of the Oreo crumbs in each jar.
  6. Continue to alternate layers of colored pudding and crushed Oreos, filling each jar nearly full.
  7. Color the shredded coconut by shaking it with a few drops of food coloring, then sprinkle it over the top.
  8. Top each cup with candy eggs and a Peeps marshmallow.
