Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk for about two minutes until smooth and well combined. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide the thickened pudding mixture into two separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix.
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into each bowl of colored pudding.
- Select your favorite mason jars or serving cups. Start with a tablespoon of finely crushed Oreos in the bottom.
- Layer one colored pudding mixture on top of the Oreo crumbs in each jar.
- Continue to alternate layers of colored pudding and crushed Oreos, filling each jar nearly full.
- Color the shredded coconut by shaking it with a few drops of food coloring, then sprinkle it over the top.
- Top each cup with candy eggs and a Peeps marshmallow.
