For the Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Crucial for gooey center
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Can be substituted with diced vegetables
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Perfect for dipping
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Can substitute with dried oregano or basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. If using store-bought pizza dough, remove it from the packaging and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Roll it out to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Slice the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares. In the center of each square, place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold each square of dough over the filling to form triangles or rectangles, pinching the edges together to seal.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the sealed pizza rolls in a single layer.
  6. Cook the pizza rolls for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  7. Remove the pizza rolls once golden-brown and let them cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
