Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Fold in ¼ cup of strawberry jam or diced fresh strawberries gently until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay out wonton wrappers and place about 1 teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center of each.
  4. Moisten the edges with water, fold into triangles, and press to seal tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Test with a small piece of wonton; it should sizzle.
  6. Carefully fry 4 to 5 wonton bites at a time for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
