- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in flour, whisk constantly for about 2 minutes, then gradually pour in heavy cream, whisking until smooth. Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted.
- Spoon the seafood filling into each pasta shell and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
