  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Lobster Meat thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Crab Meat substitute with more lobster if desired
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese combination of fresh and shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For the Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour swap with gluten-free flour if needed
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in flour, whisk constantly for about 2 minutes, then gradually pour in heavy cream, whisking until smooth. Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted.
  5. Spoon the seafood filling into each pasta shell and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
