- Let the mixture cool at room temperature for about 1 hour to thicken.
- Use a rounded teaspoon or small ice cream scoop to portion the chocolate mixture and roll into balls.
- Melt an additional 10 ounces of white chocolate. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Quickly sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top of each truffle before the coating sets.
