Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and kosher salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of sandwich bread.
  3. Wash and thinly slice the cucumber, placing slices evenly over half of the prepared bread slices.
  4. Top with remaining slices of bread, press lightly to hold together.
  5. Trim off the crusts with a serrated knife and cut sandwiches into quarters.
  6. Arrange the sandwiches on a platter, optionally garnish with dill or cucumber slices.
