Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) for even drying.
  2. Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice into 1/8-inch rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Coat cucumber slices in the ranch mixture and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange cucumber slices in a single layer, brushing tops lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely to crispen further.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill or chives before serving.
